This tool allows the user to define polygon regions using an underlying image as a reference. Key features include 3 levels of zoom, draggable endpoints, and text editing of the coordinate pairs.
Note: This tool makes use of PNG files. It will work best in IE 5.5/6 PC, Moz/PC. It has not been tested on other platforms.
